Senior Web Developer

Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Web Developer. As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of back-end and front-end web development, programming, and web design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of web projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications and websites.
• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and navigation.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Conduct website performance tests and troubleshoot issues.
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.
• Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for mobile devices.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and traffic.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong skills in Back-End Web Development.
• Proficiency in PHP as the primary programming language.
• Extensive experience with WordPress development and customization.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Expertise in Web Design.
• Experience in digital marketing and understanding of its impact on web development.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with web frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with other server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
